Offer free/discounted Membership to top contributors

Yea, maybe give like a month for each place? Doesn’t need to be the full thing with all the event discounts etc, but just take away the ads and maybe invite them for the trivia nights?

Thanks for this suggestion – right now membership is pretty disconnected from contributors to the Atlas as its focus is around members-only live events. We are really interested in figuring out how to reward contributors more and while we think about this idea, would love to hear more ideas from you all for what would be an enticing reward system for contributing to the Atlas.

I got a shirt and a book for some large milestones (250 and 350 I think), that made me feel quite appreciated. The memvership would be a low level version of that I think, even if you just give a lite version that just removes the ads.

Also, doing an article / interview with these people could be fun. Talking about the places, their motivation, how they find stuff etc. That would help bringing contributors to the foreground. I got to know a few of them at the discord, and most have interesting backgrounds etc.
