What I’ve been told defines an entry as a Stub is either a lack of pictures (less than 3) or a short description of maybe less than 5 sentences, or both.
The following Places, all published recently, are both longer than that and have 3+ pictures, so it is unclear why they’ve been labeled as Stubs:
