Reduce AD Content Layout Shift on articles#274

Whatever AO did recently to their ads has screwed up the reading experience. The articles bounce up and down and it’s almost too painful to continue reading.

Sure. So here is an example: I scrolled to the next line in the story and within one second the page jumped a whole paragraph. I’ve seen this happen in the Nat Geo pages as well. The ads within the screen change in size as you scroll and the text jumps accordingly.

Thanks @Nett for providing the example. I will make a note of this issue (called Content Layout Shift) and we can work to address it as we continue to work on the article template.
