Enable editing of sources list when submission is still in draft mode#275

After adding sources to an unsubmitted place and then saving it as a draft, it is, when reopening it, not possible to do any changes to the sources list (except for adding additional sources, that is).

Sometimes, you might have added a source that you end up never using or perhaps you have misspelt a source. Therefore, being able to edit the sources before submitting a place would be good.

Thanks for this suggestion, we will definitely take this into account when we prioritize changes to the Place submission experience.
