Android app: display photo captions for Places#427

Not sure if this also applies to the Ios app, but for the Android one, the pictures on Places only show the photo credit. If any additional comment for the image is visible on desktop, it just doesn’t appear in the app at all.

Some pictures only really make sense when the caption provides context, so I think this is an important omission that should be fixed.
