New page for global rankings and highlighting community#60

I’m sure I’m not the only one who’d like to know where they stand in terms of total places visited, compared to the rest of the AO Community!

This used to be a thing long long ago, where there was a list on the front page of top contributors and weekly top contributors. Would be awesome to see that come back.

Absolutely! Top contirbutors would be great. AND a list of who’s visited the most places. I always try to check out a bunch of spots when I travel.

Besides number of places marked as “Been There” - what are some other stats that would be of interest to you all on a global leaderboard or “community” page that shows user activity?

Published, edited, most countries visited (although that might get tied too easily?), most cities visited.

Also you could do the same for the month to have a list that rotates a bit more.

Might I add that it would be cool to see more than the top 5, particularly when it comes to countries? Maybe 6-10 don’t need it highlighted on their profile, but it would be nice to see a little deeper into the rankings for destinations with many, many places.
