Crowd source (some of the) place editing tasks#48

You could maybe offload some of the places work on the community. Maybe a ‘tinder like’ page where we can vote on places. If it gets a few upvotes maybe it gets auto wooted, if it gets a few downvotes maybe it gets returned. There could be a spam button to mark spam, and maybe these users could also suggest some edits to improve it.

Same for edits, the community could easily be used to approve small edits and free up the list for bigger tasks.

Idk if all members should be allowed to do this or only ones with a few published places or ones that have been approved manually. But I think that lots of people would be up for helping in this way.
